AIM: To investigate the expression of long non-coding RNA maternally expressed gene 3(MEG3) in colorectal cancer(CRC) cells, and to observe the effect of MEG3 on the invasion and migration of CRC cells. METHODS: The levels of MEG3 in human normal colon cell NCM460 and CRC cells SW48 and LoVo were detected by real- time PCR. MEG3 was over-expressed by plasmid transfection, and the effects of MEG3 on the invasion and migration of SW48 and LoVo cells were analyzed by Transwell assay and wound healing assay. The expression of matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) family proteins was determined by Western blotting. RESULTS: The level of MEG3 was down-regulated in CRC cells compared with normal colon cell NCM460. The invasion and migration of CRC cells were reduced after MEG3 over-expression. Transwell invasion and migration assays showed that the numbers of transmembrane SW48 and LoVo cells were smaller in MEG3 over-expression group than control group(CONCLUSION: The expression of MEG3 is down-regulated in CRC cells. Over-expression of MEG3 inhibits the invasion and migration of CRC cells. TIMP-2, MMP-2 and MMP-9 might play an important role in this regulation.  相似文献

Using attached and detached leaves ofAcer palmatum Thunb. andRhaphiolepsis umbellata Makino, pulse-modulated chlorophyll fluorescence and CO2 exchange were measured. Quantum yield of photosynthesis was determined from the fluorescence parameter(Fm′−Fs)/Fm′, where (Fm′−Fs) was defined as the difference between steady state chlorophyll fluorescence (Fs) and maximum fluorescence (Fm′) elicited by a saturating light pulse. The rate of electron transport through photosystem II (total electron flow) was calculated from the product of quantum yield andA (PFD), whereA is the rate of absorbed photons as given by leaf absorptance, and PFD is the photon flux density at the leaf surface. The rate of electron transport dependant on CO2 uptake (assimilative electron flow) was calculated from the gross photosynthetic rate in a leaf. The difference between the rates of total and assimilative electron transport was denoted as the rate of non-assimilative electron transport which depends on photorespiration and oxygen reduction. Available data provided quantitative information on the rate of non-assimilative electron flow in intact leaves. When leaf photosynthesis ofA. palmatum was measured under sunlight, the rates of total and assimilative electron transport were determined to be approximately 900 and 150 μmol equiv. e/mg Chl·h, respectively. The difference (750 μmol equiv. e/mg Chl·h) was attributed to the activity of non-assimilative electron flow. The ratio of total to assimilative electron flow was found to increase gradually with rising in irradiance. The results suggest that non-assimilative electron flow occurred at much higher rate than assimilative electron flow at high irradiance. Implications of the results are briefly discussed in relation to photosynthesis limitation in tree leaves.  相似文献

本文运用统计模式识别原理,提出了一种以内燃机声响信号的时间序列自回归系数及自回归倒谱系数作为模式的特征参数,对参考模式和待检模式用灰色系统的关联测度、Mahalanobis距离测度和Kullback-leiber信息量距离测度同时进行识别,并用层次分析法对识别结果进行综合,从而达到诊断故障目的的方法。通过实验验证,表明其是有效而可行的方法。  相似文献

Relative windspeed reduction was measured behind nine relatively narrow, homogenous tree windbreaks with porosities between 0.13–0.33, and behind 28 combinations of model stubble barriers representing 25 different optical porosities (0.00–0.80). The optimum porosities observed were 0.25 and 0.13 for tree windbreaks and stubble barriers respectively. Based on the relationship between windbreak structure (optical porosity) and wind reduction, the chief indices for determining spacing interval, i.e., the windbreak structure index (δ) and the parameter of microclimate, represented by the problem wind (L rp ), were determined. Additionally, investigations on shelterbelt trees were carried out, and stem-analysis techniques were used, to develop a method for determining the mature height of tree windbreaks (H 0). Optimal spacing intervals between windbreaks could be predicted from the indices of a given windbreak structure, percentage of reduction of windspeed desired and tree growth model. A hypothetical example for determining the spacing interval of principal poplar windbreaks is given at the end of this paper. The results can be applied not only to tree windbreak design but also to other plant materials and artificial barriers for wind protection. Five Populus euphratica Oliver populations in northwestern China were analyzed using RAPD DNA markers to determine genetic diversity among and within populations. One hundred-and-five polymorphic bands were observed, ranging in size from 250 bp to 1700 bp, using 10 primers. Only one population on the north side of the Tianshern Range had a unique band common to all individuals that was not found in individuals from populations in the Tarim River valley. Intra-population genetic diversity was high in two populations along the Tarim River and low in the other three populations. There was no significant correlation between genetic distances and geographic distances. The result of correspondence analysis shows that the individuals from the three populations with low genetic diversity are isolated from each other. The result of cluster analysis based on genetic distance shows that the population in the Tianshern Range is genetically distant from the other populations. These results suggest that the Tianshern Range population was genetically isolated from the other populations.  相似文献

首次以银杏幼叶为试材,采用压片法,对来自中国、美国、法国、日本及荷兰的21个特异种质的核型及进化趋势进行研究.结果表明:染色体数目均为2n=2x=24=4m 8sm 12st;染色体相对长度组成(RLF)种质间差异较大,并有普遍加长的趋势;平均臂比(MAR)、长度比(LR)及核型不对称系数(As.K.c)能较好地反映其进化水平,'垂乳银杏'较原始,中国的'叶籽银杏'比日本的'叶籽银杏'更原始;遗传距离(Dü2)聚类发现,'圣克鲁斯'、'金秋'等6个种质更为进化.染色体绝对总长度(ATL)、相对总长度(RTL)、相对长度系数(IRL)、总形态百分比(TM)、平均臂比(MAR)、长度比(LR)和As.K.c的均值分别为7.64 μm、8.33%、1.00、28.96%、2.94、2.71和71.04%.对银杏的细胞遗传学及进化进行探讨.  相似文献

采用林分空间结构参数一元分布、二元分布、林分综合指数和距离分析方法,探讨小陇山林区2种典型天然林空间结构特征。结果显示:(1)油松天然林混交度为0.397,树种隔离程度较低,锐齿栎天然林混交度为0.797,混交良好,油松、锐齿栎天然林胸径大小比数分别为0.507、0.485,林分均处于中庸状态,角尺度分别为0.511、0.508,林木分布格局均属随机分布。(2)油松、锐齿栎天然林中相同混交程度或优劣程度的林木大多处于随机分布,相同混交程度或分布格局的林木处于不同优劣程度的林木大致相等。区别在于油松天然林中同一优劣程度或分布格局的林木大多与同种相邻,而锐齿栎天然林中同一优劣程度或分布格局林木大多处于强度和极强度混交。(3)油松、锐齿栎天然林林分空间结构指数(FSSI)分别为0.526、0.739,林分空间结构距离(FSSD)分别为0.788、0.576,锐齿栎林空间结构明显优于油松林。FSSIFSSD具有极显著的线性关系,FSSD=-1.481 5×FSSI+1.625 7,R2=0.990 6(P < 0.01),二者在表述林分空间结构方面具有较强的一致性。研究表明:二元分布、林分空间结构指数和距离分别是从林木水平和样地水平研究林分空间结构较为有效的方法,可为小陇山林区林分微观结构分析和精细的结构调整提供新途径。  相似文献

本文通过对9条分布均匀、相对较窄的不同疏透度(透光疏透度,下同)(0.13~0.33)的树木林带和不同疏透度(0.00~0.80)风障组合的野外风速观测,确定了树木林带和风障的最适疏透度分别为0.25和0.13。基于林带结构(疏透度)与风速降低的关系,确定了林带主带间距离的主要参数,即,林带结构系数(δ)和以主害风为代表的小气候参数(Lrp)。另外,通过对林带树木的野外调查,应用树木解析技术确定林带成林高(H0)。因此,树木林带的主带间距可以通过林带结构系数、希望降低风速的比例和树木生长模型来确定。本文以杨树林带为例,具体确定了杨树林带的主带间距。该研究结果不仅适于树木林带的设计,同时适于其它生物材料或人工风障的设计。图4表5参40。  相似文献
